Zhanxin Electronics won three major awards in the SiC industry

Zhanxin Electronics is the first company in China to independently develop and master 6-inch silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET products and process platforms. Its SiC MOSFET products have been widely used in new energy vehicle main drive, photovoltaic energy storage, charging piles and other fields, with a total delivery of more than 14 million units, of which more than 4 million are used in the automotive field.
