Volvo Trucks' localization strategy in China suffers setback, equity transfer transaction terminated

Volvo Trucks signed an agreement with Jiangling Motors to acquire Jiangling Heavy Truck, which is 100% controlled by Jiangling Motors, and its production base in Taiyuan, Shanxi, for RMB 781 million. However, the equity transfer transaction did not go smoothly and was eventually terminated.
