Indian company Dixon Technologies signs cooperation agreement with vivo India to establish joint venture

On December 15, Indian company Dixon Technologies announced that it had signed a binding term sheet with vivo India. The two parties plan to establish a joint venture to produce electronic devices including smartphones in India. Dixon and vivo India will hold 51% and 49% of the equity respectively.
