Dr. Norman Roth, President of Bosch Automotive Electronics China, said in an interview with the media that Bosch has provided customers with 8-inch silicon carbide chip samples for product verification and vehicle test runs. He mentioned that the previously planned 8-inch silicon carbide production plan for 2026 is currently progressing in line with expectations, and it is not ruled out that mass production and delivery will be achieved ahead of schedule.
