According to the latest financial report, Aixtron's revenue in the first three quarters of 2024 reached 406.4 million euros (approximately RMB 3.142 billion). Among them, the growth of the gallium nitride and silicon carbide power electronic equipment business is particularly significant, and the order volume continues to rise. Aixtron expects this growth trend to continue in 2025.
