Corestar Semiconductor obtains long-term cooperation orders from customers

Corestar Semiconductor's related epitaxial wafers have received long-term cooperation orders from customers. Among them, GaAs epitaxial wafers can support up to 6-inch wafers, while InP epitaxial wafers can support up to 4-inch wafers. At the same time, the company is also equipped with relevant wafer quality inspection equipment.
