Corestar Semiconductor successfully puts new epitaxial equipment into production

Corestar Semiconductor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. recently successfully put into production new epitaxial equipment, covering the full material system of gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphide (InP) optical chip quaternary compounds. The company has achieved mass production of epitaxial wafers with a wavelength range of 760nm to 1700nm, and the epitaxial uniformity has reached within 2nm outside the laser center wavelength. Typical laser chip epitaxial wafers, such as 808, 850, 905, 940, 1064, 1550, and 1654nm, have been verified on their own production lines for VCSEL or DFB chips.
