CATL applies for patent for silicon-carbon composite material

Recently, CATL submitted an international patent application titled "Silicon-carbon composite materials and negative electrode sheets containing them" to the State Intellectual Property Office. This indicates that the company is actively developing the ideal negative electrode material for the next generation of lithium batteries - silicon-based negative electrodes.
