Former Continental CFO to join Mercedes-Benz Group

After completing the preparations for the separation of the automotive sub-group, Olaf Schick will leave the Executive Board early on September 30, 2025 and join the Management Board of Mercedes-Benz Group on October 1, 2025. The Supervisory Board of Continental will select his successor in due course.
