Huawei establishes three smart technology companies

Tianyancha information shows that Huawei has established Suzhou Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The legal representative of these three companies is Zheng Liying, and the registered capital is RMB 50 million, RMB 40 million and RMB 50 million respectively. All three companies are wholly owned by Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
