BYD acquires stake in DJI

Shenzhen BYD Chuangxin Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BYD, recently invested in Shenzhen Zhuoyu Technology Co., Ltd., acquiring approximately 3.95% of the shares with a registered capital of 2.8859 million yuan. Zhuoyu Technology was formerly DJI's car-mounted business, focusing on providing low-cost pure vision high-end intelligent driving solutions. A BYD insider revealed that DJI Car-mounted is one of BYD's intelligent driving suppliers.
