Baowu Group and Xinyu Juyu Investment established a joint venture

Baowu Group and Xinyu Juyu Investment Co., Ltd. established Ouye Chain Gold (Jiangxi) Recycling Resources Co., Ltd. on April 1 with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. The company mainly engages in scrap steel processing, distribution, warehousing and other businesses, aiming to provide a stable supply of scrap steel to regional steel mills.
