Liancheng Precision successfully acquired 64.41% of Delong's shares

On January 24, 2024, Liancheng Precision announced that it had successfully bid for 40.588 million shares of Delong Company held by Jiangsu Sumec at the Beijing Equity Exchange for RMB 77.2958 million, accounting for 64.41% of the total shares. This acquisition will enable Liancheng Precision to increase its forged steel and forged aluminum production capacity and improve its layout in the field of casting and forging products.
