After investigation by the public security organs, these rumors were deliberately fabricated by a certain online account holder, Xie, and maliciously spread by employees of a certain car brand, Chen and Pei. At present, the public security organs have imposed administrative detention and other penalties on these people. At the same time, NIO also filed a civil lawsuit against Xie, Pei and Chen, demanding that they publicly apologize and compensate NIO for its economic losses.
