Hefei Semitech Technology Co., Ltd. opened for business in Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone

On December 12, Hefei Semitech Technology Co., Ltd. officially opened for business in Xinzhan High-tech Zone. The total investment of the project is about 230 million yuan, and it mainly uses the leased Xinping High-tech Industrial Park factory to build the core equipment projects of IGBT and silicon carbide (SiC) production lines. The company's intelligent test sorting equipment, formic acid vacuum welding furnace, SiC chip test sorting machine and wafer aging test equipment are expected to have an annual output value of 280 million yuan. The project was officially signed in July this year, production started in October, and products began to be delivered to customers in November. The current orders have exceeded 50 million yuan.
