LeddarTech and Texas Instruments Enter into Strategic Collaboration to Accelerate the Development of ADAS and Autonomous Driving Markets

LeddarTech Holdings (LeddarTech), an automotive ADAS and autonomous driving software technology company, and Texas Instruments (TI) announced on December 9 that they have reached a strategic cooperation agreement and software license agreement to provide comprehensive and integrated platform solutions for the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) markets. Under the license agreement, TI agreed to pay upfront royalties to promote joint commercialization.
