Focuslight Technology announces two major acquisitions

Focuslight Technology has made two major acquisitions this year. In January, the company completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Swiss micro-nano optical component company SUSS MicroOptics SA. In May, Focuslight Technology announced the acquisition of some passive optical component R&D and production assets of ams OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ams OSRAM in Singapore, and ams International AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ams OSRAM in Switzerland.
