Chaopin III plans to acquire 73% equity interest in Jiangxi Three Tons Lithium

Superclocking Three announced that it will acquire 73% of the equity of Jiangxi Three Ton Lithium Co., Ltd. for RMB 11 million in cash. The acquisition will enable Superclocking Three to utilize Three Ton Lithium's production base in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, which has rich lithium resources and talent reserves. Three Ton Lithium mainly focuses on the research and development, production and sales of lithium carbonate, which is the upstream link of the lithium battery positive electrode material industry chain.
