Tesla's head of self-driving hardware engineering joins Amazon's self-driving company Zoox

Tesla's head of autonomous driving hardware engineering, Zheng Gao, has announced his resignation and joined Amazon's autonomous driving company Zoox. Zheng worked at Tesla for more than eight years and was responsible for designing the hardware that supports Tesla's Autopilot and Full Self-Driving (FSD) functions.
