Huati Technology recently announced that it will terminate the transaction of its holding subsidiary Huati International Energy (Hainan) Co., Ltd. for 85% of the equity of Mozambique KYUSHU RESOURCES, SA (hereinafter referred to as "Kyushu Resources Company"). This decision is based on the current international environment and the continued decline in lithium ore prices, which is expected to have a significant impact on mine development.
