GEM expands Indonesian laterite nickel project

GEM Hong Kong, New Exhibition International, DARROW, ECOPRO, Xiangjiang International, Kelite, Gelinte and GEM (Indonesia) jointly signed the "Capital Increase Agreement on the Construction of Indonesia Laterite Nickel Ore Smelting and Production of Nickel Raw Materials (Nickel Intermediates) for New Energy (20,000 Tons of Nickel/Year) Project". The project construction investment shall not exceed US$400 million, with a designed annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of nickel metal.
