Tesla CEO Elon Musk sued OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman for breach of contract. Altman said in an internal company memo that future attacks will not stop. OpenAI Chief Strategy Officer Jason Kwon responded that the lawsuit may be due to Musk's regret for not being able to participate in the company's affairs.
