BYD Shenshan Industrial Park Phase I project has completed vehicle production

In 2021, BYD and Shenzhen-Shantou became connected, investing 5 billion yuan to build the first phase of the Shenzhen-Shantou BYD Automotive Industrial Park. At the beginning of 2022, BYD continued to invest 20 billion yuan to build the second phase of the project. The second phase of the project is located in the hinterland of Xiaomo Linhai, and is planned to be a core parts production base for 1 million new energy vehicles. After reaching full production, the annual output value will exceed 200 billion yuan, and the whole vehicle was rolled off the assembly line last year.
