Yousheng shares IPO plans to be listed on the main board, planning to raise 2.471 billion yuan

Yousheng shares plans to be listed on the main board, issuing no more than 48,267,111 shares, with a target total fundraising amount of 2.471 billion yuan. The funds will mainly be used to support the Yunnan Yousheng lightweight aluminum alloy parts production base project (Phase I), the annual production of 500,000 units (sets) of battery trays and 200,000 sets of lower body manufacturing projects, and to supplement working capital.
