Coherent achieves world's first 6-inch InP wafer production capacity

In March this year, Coherent announced that it had established the world's first 6-inch InP wafer production capacity. The company has built 6-inch InP production capacity in its wafer fabs in Sherman, Texas and Järfälla, Sweden, and expects to achieve a cost reduction of more than 60% in the future.
