French semiconductor company UMS visits Shenzhen Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd.

On December 11, 2024, representatives of United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS) of France visited Shenzhen Jinyi Technology Co., Ltd. under the arrangement of the Commercial and Investment Office of the French Embassy in China and the Shenzhen Automotive Electronics Industry Association. As Europe's leading supplier of RF MMIC products and foundry services, UMS introduced their products, which are based on GaAs, GaN, and SiGe technologies, with frequencies covering DC to THz and a maximum power of up to 200W, and are mainly produced in France and Germany. UMS cooperates with multiple R&D centers to provide high-performance and high-reliability products, and occupies an important position in related global markets. Currently, it can provide more than 270 products, which can also be customized according to needs. In the ETC industry, one of their 5.8GHz transponders is specifically used for short-range communications, mainly on the OBU side.
