Ayar Labs completes $155 million financing, Intel, Nvidia, AMD and others participate

Ayar Labs, a Silicon Valley optical interconnect chip design company, announced that it has completed a $155 million financing, with support from a number of chip giants including Nvidia, AMD, Intel, and GlobalFoundries. In addition, VentureTech Alliance, which has a strategic partnership with TSMC, and 3M, an American machine manufacturing giant, also participated in this round of financing. Currently, Ayar Labs has raised a total of $370 million, with a valuation of more than $1 billion, becoming a new chip unicorn.
