Saiwei Electronics clarifies false information reported by media

Saiwei Semiconductor recently clarified the false reports of some media regarding the suspension of its 5 billion semiconductor project in Hefei. The company pointed out that the word "sudden" used in the relevant reports could easily mislead investors into thinking that the event had occurred recently, but in fact it had already occurred after the failure of the acquisition of the German production line. The company emphasized that it had repeatedly stated on the Interactive Easy platform and the "Investor Relations Activity Record" that the Hefei production line was in a state of suspension.
