Freya and Gree Electric signed a letter of intent for joint venture cooperation

Freya Group and Zhuhai Gree Green Recycling Resources Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Gree Electric Appliances, signed a letter of intent for a joint venture, planning to establish a joint venture by the end of 2024 to jointly develop, manufacture and sell recycled plastics.
