Mercedes-Benz Group AG announced a series of important changes to its board of directors on December 11. In 2025, three board members, Troska, Coleson and Bai Yunge, will retire after their contracts expire. At the same time, Tong Oufu, Gesen and Shi Kun were appointed as new board members. Among them, Troska will serve as the special representative for China affairs from February 1, 2025 to continue to promote the company's business development in China. Tong Oufu will succeed Troska as a member of the board of directors from February 1, 2025. After Coleson's retirement, Bethge will take over his position in human resources and labor relations. Gesen will take over the position of board member responsible for marketing and sales from March 1, 2025. After Bai Yunge's retirement, Shi Kun will take over his position in charge of integrity management, corporate governance and sustainable development.
