Porsche Taycan faces class-action lawsuit in US over battery failure

Porsche is facing another legal challenge, this time over battery failures in its 2020-2024 Taycan electric cars. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has accepted a class action lawsuit against the model, filed by Gibbs Law Group, with plaintiff Miodrag Kukrika accusing Porsche of failing to disclose or adequately repair a "dangerous and widespread" defect in the electric car's battery pack.
