Vitesco Technologies Tianjin Factory Achieves First Batch Production of Silicon Carbide Power Modules

Vitesco Technologies announced that its silicon carbide power modules have entered mass production for the first time at its Tianjin plant. It is reported that the Tianjin plant is the Asian manufacturing center for Vitesco Technologies' power modules and is also its first plant to put silicon carbide power modules into mass production.
