Shandong Province launched 1,007 major projects, including Xinwangda's 100,000-ton lithium battery recycling project

Shandong Province recently launched 1,007 major projects, including the 100,000-ton lithium battery recycling and new energy storage intelligent manufacturing project of Xinwanda Group. The project has a total investment of 6.2 billion yuan and is divided into two parts: battery recycling and energy storage system. In terms of battery recycling, the project uses innovative live cracking technology to improve the recovery rate of rare metals and reduce costs by 40%. In terms of energy storage, the project plans to produce 5GWH of container energy storage systems annually.
