Shanxi Taiyuan confirms updated cruising taxi models for 2024, adding local brands

Taiyuan Municipal Transportation Bureau announced that, based on extensive consultation, four models, namely BYD New e6, BYD Qin PLUS EV, Hongqi E-QM5 and Dayun Yuanzhi M1, have been selected as the updated models of cruising taxis in the six urban districts of Taiyuan in 2024. This update not only retains BYD, but also adds Hongqi Automobile and Shanxi local brand Dayun Automobile.
