UnitedSiC Acquired by Qorvo to Expand Product Portfolio

In November 2021, Qorvo acquired United SiC with the aim of further expanding its product portfolio by absorbing its SiC FET, JFET and Schottky diode device technologies to increase its influence in areas such as electric vehicles.
