Recently, Custer Aluminum (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its Phase I No. 3 plant with an annual output of 1 million sets of integrated molding process lightweight new energy vehicle parts has started trial production, and the first batch of subframe products have been successfully rolled off the production line. The production line in the plant is busy, and workers use low-pressure casting machines to manufacture subframes. These newly demolded products are then sent to the conveyor belt and enter the next process for polishing. The entire production line includes casting, flaw detection, polishing and other links, and it operates in an orderly manner. According to the company's deputy general manager Wu Yanzhen, Plant No. 3 has now entered the trial production stage, with a daily output of up to 200 sets of subframes, and it is expected that the daily production capacity will be increased to 2,000 sets in three months. The production line of Plant No. 3 of the Custer Aluminum Project (Phase I) is mainly composed of smelting furnaces, low-pressure casting equipment and heat treatment equipment. In addition, the battery tray production line of Plant No. 2 and the construction of the external environment of the plant are also in full swing.
