Huawei's Hubble Technology Investment Co., Ltd. suddenly acquired a stake in Guowei Sierxin in August 2021, becoming the third largest shareholder of Qingxin Yicheng with a 15.81% stake. Prior to this, Guowei Sierxin had submitted an IPO application for the Science and Technology Innovation Board in August 2021.
