Stellantis acquires 70% stake in Brazilian auto parts company DPaschoal

Stellantis announced that it will acquire a 70% controlling stake in Brazilian auto parts company DPaschoal to expand its business in Latin America. DPaschoal has 123 stores and 2,800 employees in Brazil. The acquisition is Stellantis' latest move to expand in Latin America.
