Horizon Robotics submits listing application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On March 26, Horizon Robotics officially submitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, intending to be listed on the main board of Hong Kong. The prospectus shows that in the past 2021, 2022 and 2023, Horizon Robotics' operating income was RMB 467 million, RMB 906 million and RMB 1.552 billion, respectively, and its net losses in the corresponding periods were RMB 2.064 billion, RMB 8.72 billion and RMB 6.739 billion, respectively.
