In April 2023, Wuliangye established Sichuan Wuliangye New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., and subsequently invested in Sichuan Heguang Tongcheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., and established Sichuan Zhongxin Green Energy Co., Ltd. in a joint venture with PetroChina, involving in photovoltaic power generation equipment leasing and energy storage technology services.
