Xinchen Power Company's revenue in 2022 was 1.65 billion, with a gross profit of 100 million, a pre-tax net loss of 110 million, and a net loss of 116 million attributable to the parent. Xinchen Power's business revenue is divided into three divisions, namely gasoline engines, diesel engines, and engine parts. In 2022, gasoline engine revenue was 940 million, compared with 450 million last year, a year-on-year increase of 109%. The main product of gasoline engines is the CE series based on the BMW Prince engine patent, with three displacements of 1.6L, 1.8L, and 1.2L, suitable for SUVs, sedans, MPVs, A-class cars and other models. In addition, there is the extended-range engine produced in a joint venture with Ideal, which will be put into production in the second half of 22. Gasoline engine revenue consists of the above fuel engines and extended-range engines. The parts business revenue was 640 million, a year-on-year decrease of 33.5%, mainly due to the reduction in the supply of Bx8 crankshafts and connecting rods to BMW Brilliance.
