Ideal Auto and CATL cooperate to develop 5C battery cells

Ideal Auto and CATL jointly developed 5C battery cells, aiming to reduce the internal resistance level of the battery cells, achieve low heat generation requirements during supercharging, and increase the available power at low temperatures. Ideal disassembled the battery cells into three levels with a total of 17 internal resistance components, optimized them one by one, and finally reduced the low-temperature impedance of the MEGA 5C battery cells by 30%, and the power capacity increased by more than 30%.
