China's charging infrastructure has reached 8.596 million units

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as of the end of 2023, the total number of charging infrastructure in China reached 8.596 million units, an increase of 65% from the previous year. At present, China has established a charging infrastructure system with the largest number, the widest coverage, and the most complete types of service vehicles in the world. As the density of charging service outlets increases, the convenience of charging has been significantly improved.
