Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes on December 5, adding multiple shareholders including National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund II Co., Ltd., CITIC Securities Investment Co., Ltd., China Huadian Group Industrial Finance Holdings Co., Ltd., Harbin Railway Technology, and Beijing Guoneng New Energy Industry Investment Fund (Limited Partnership). The company's registered capital has also increased from the original RMB 4.568 billion to approximately RMB 5.648 billion. At the same time, some key personnel have also changed. CRRC Times Semiconductor is a subsidiary of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. It has been engaged in the research and development and industrialization of power semiconductor technology since 1964. It has now become one of the few IDM companies in the world that can simultaneously master high-power IGBT, SiC, bipolar devices and their component technologies.
