Recently, China Shenhua, Jiantou Energy and China Datang Group Xiong'an Energy Co., Ltd. jointly established Guoneng Hebei Dingxin Power Generation Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 1.5 billion. The company will be involved in energy storage technology, wind power generation, solar power generation and other fields.
