CATL considers listing in Switzerland

On February 1, 2023, CATL is considering issuing global depositary receipts (GDRs) in Switzerland, which could raise approximately US$5 billion to US$6 billion. The company has held internal discussions on the issuance of GDRs and listing, and has discussed with financial advisors.
