Nvidia develops AI chips for China

Faced with the US export control policy, NVIDIA began to develop new AI chips for China, including HGX H20, L20 PCIe and L2 PCIe. These three chips are modified based on NVIDIA H100 to meet the latest US export control policy. However, compared with H100, the performance of H20 is significantly weaker, and its AI computing power is less than 15% of H100.
