Yunhai Metal a rejoint le groupe Baowu et a changé son nom pour Baowu Magnesium Industry

Le 20 septembre 2023, Yunhai Metal a officiellement rejoint le groupe Baowu et a changé son nom en Baowu Magnesium. La création de Baowu Magnesium Industry a permis à Yunhai Metal et Baosteel Metal d'unir leurs forces pour promouvoir conjointement le développement de l'industrie du magnésium.
