Yunhai Metal het by Baowu Group aangesluit en sy naam verander na Baowu Magnesium Industry

Op 20 September 2023 het Yunhai Metal amptelik by Baowu Group aangesluit en sy naam verander na Baowu Magnesium. Die vestiging van Baowu Magnesium Industry het Yunhai Metal en Baosteel Metal in staat gestel om kragte saam te snoer om gesamentlik die ontwikkeling van die magnesiumbedryf te bevorder.
