Yutai Micro intends to license the vehicle IP to customer A

Yutai Micro intends to sign a supplementary agreement to the original agreement with Customer A, authorizing Customer A to use the company's proprietary technologies and patents related to 100MPHY IP for vehicle-mounted switching. The subject of the transaction is the right to authorize the use of IP. The nature of this technology license is a permanent, non-exclusive, non-exclusive, and non-re-licensable right of use. The total usage fee is RMB 40 million, which will be deducted from the RMB 40 million advance payment previously paid by Customer A to the company under the original agreement. In 2020, the company and Customer A have carried out cooperative research and development in the field of vehicle-mounted Ethernet switching. The original agreement signed in 2020 stipulated that Customer A would pay a total of RMB 60 million to the company. As of the end of June 2022, Customer A had already paid a prepayment of RMB 40 million.
